Playa Medano (Dune Beach)

The most popular beach in Cabo San Lucas, its calm waters are perfect for swimming. Medano Beach had all the main activities you're looking for! If you're into adventure sports this should be your first stop: jump into a single or double sea kayak, you can test your skills reading the coastal breezes on a windsurfer, and even change your viewpoint by strapping up to a parasail. Don't forget, last but not least, why not rent a jet ski. All the water sports toys are available for hire at various places along the beach. Not to mention all the great drink specials offered during happy hours close by!

Playa Costa Azul (Blue Coast Beach)

Located on a 7-mile stretch of white sand, Costa Azul and Bahia Palmilla are both found around kilometer 28. Here you will find the world famous surf break called Costa Azul, also known as "Zippers." You will also find The Rock and Old Man's to name but a few! There are multiple restaurants where you can sit and enjoy the view as the surfers show off right in front of you very eyes!

Playa del Amor (Lover's Beach)

This beach is simply mind boggling whether you are a geologist or an admirer of nature's wonders. Playa del Amor is flanked by towering rocks. from here you can have access to both the Pacific OCean and the Bahia de Cabo San Lucas. The natural rock outcrops and arches at Land's End are the most photographed arches in the world and are certainly one of Baja California's trademark landscapes. Another plus-there is great snorkeling to be had. There is an old shipwreck, rocky reefs, and playful sea lions for scuba divers to enjoy. Simply go to any section of the Marina and catch a water taxi out there. They will pre-arrange your pick up!

Playa Bahia Santa Maria

At km. 12 is a must see beach found next to the Hotel Twin Dolphin. It is easy to find-look for the beach access sign. Just follow the dirt road to the parking area. It's a short walk to this beautiful protected cove. The beach is shaped like a horseshoe and the sand is a wild pink color with great consistency. You will have to feel it for yourself! Bahia Santa Maria is a protected marine sanctuary. Many snorkeling and scuba diving excursions come here. It you want to see a world of friendly colorful tropical fish, this is the place to go. One of the most beautiful places in Los Cabos and well worth a visit.

El Chileno Beach

Chileno Beach is at km. 14 off Hwy. 1. the beahc is well signed from the road and there is a parking area clearly visible. The water is protected by a reef and is usually calm and clear, lots of fish to see. there are restrooms, equipment rental, concession stands on the beach. Beautiful blue-green water. Great photographic spot.
